Karishma (Kay) Mascarenhas

Our Lead Therapist/Counsellor 

Kay is a trained Counselling Psychologist and Trauma Informed Therapist with a decades worth of experience. She has the expertise and experience that can help you explore your thoughts and emotions to improve your relationships with people and most importantly yourself. All to enable you to achieve a positive change in your life. 

 

​She is professionally trained in: 

•⁠  ⁠Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) 

•⁠  Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) 

•  Robert Carkhuff Model

•⁠  ⁠Transactional Analysis (TA) 

•⁠  Mindfulness 

 

And is a Member of: 

•⁠  American Psychological Association

•  Singapore Psychological Society

Some matters can be resolved by themselves, but should you need help, you are most welcome to connect with Kay, who can assist you in overcoming various issues. From anxiety to stress to relationships to parenting to interpersonal relationships to low/ unstable moods to anger to trauma/PTSD to grief and bereavement counselling.

 

Kay prides herself on creating a safe and non- judgemental space where you can be yourself to help reach your therapeutic goal. All sessions are conducted online and will be kept confidential unless the law requires disclosure.
