Individual Counselling
Our individual counselling or therapy sessions can help you with anxiety, stress, workplace pressure, time management, grief, postpartum issues and more. All sessions are held online to make it more convenient for you. If you don't have a safe space to talk, reach out to us and we can arrange an in person session.

Meet Karishma Mascarenhas
Our Lead Therapist/Counsellor
Today, the ever changing demands of society can put undue pressure on us. Creating stress, anxiety and low moods, which leaves very little space for what truly matters. This is where Karishma, also known as Kay, can come in to help with an individually tailored plan to best suit your needs.
Kay is professionally trained in:
